Roland VR-09 V-Combo B

I bought this synthesizer as a supplement to my studio setup which includes a 76 key Roland workstation that I have had for many years. I bought an external drawbar/Leslie unit for the workstation, but it has always been too complicated to use, with a lot of menus to go into. I also needed some new and modern synth sounds for my recordings. So this is why I bought the VR--09B. It is nice and convenient to have all the buttons and switches on the top panel. The drawbars are fantastic. There are a lot of very realistic organ sounds. But there are a few irritating things, for example, if you set the expression pedal input to function as a Leslie on/off switch, it goes back to the expression pedal function when you turn off the unit. But it is a very good keyboard and I can warmly recommend it.
